What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Owns, Develops and manages end-to- end operations relating to Field Sales Teams spread across cities, for Real Estate category
Maintains robust sales tracking through spreadsheets/ CRM systems, maximizing automation into data collection and reporting
Swiftly troubleshoots product delivery/ activation, other client issues
Owns training agenda, Conducts trainings on tools and processes
Supports and organizes recruitment sessions
Handles all pertinent logistics
-Keeps a daily pulse on Sales Team performance. SPOC for sharing revenue and acquisition performance
-Works cross functionally, particularly on topics like Finance/ Revenue Reconciliation, Data Reporting (Analytics)
-Develops business updates for management teams
-SPOC for competitive intelligence - leveraging Sales Teams and when relevant, independent research
-Thought partner on process improvements, but more importantly on growing the business through improved client delivery and retention
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Past experience managing sales force processes and operations is a mandatory requirement. Experience with Real Estate portals preferred
Obsession with details - maintaining process smoothness, traceability and data robustness
Fully comfortable and speedy with Excel and PPT
Ability to be a thought partner for the business, on process and sales/ client strategy
High energy individual, able to deal with scores of sales people on a regular basis
Available and willing to travel across the country to field sales offices (~15-20% of the time)
Articulate and candid communicator, able to manage senior stakeholders
