What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 


Responsible for building deep client relationships, through leveraging dubizzle’s digital advertising products and technology, combined with performance data that provides actionable insights for our advertiser’s and agency partners, whilst consistently delivering on revenue targets.

  • Work closely with our brand and direct-response advertising clients to drive adoption of market leading advertising initiatives; 
  • Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s; 
  • Manage and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations. Work with cross functional internal teams and vendors to develop and execute on unique customized solutions; 
  • Identify, drive, up-sell and cross-sell sales opportunities across your managed portfolio and coordinate with our advertising client to drive incremental pipeline revenue. 
  • Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the accounts assigned; 
  • Utilize internal CRM tools to drive revenue growth, retention and track performance of managed Clients; 
  • Leverage campaign performance and market data to ensure client’s KPI’s are achieved and provide insights which drive their strategy forward.


What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Can be an active contributor of the sales team to reach and exceed the sales quota while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Cross functional collaboration for campaigns management of complex solutions.
  • Ability to build and manage key relationships within agencies & partners.Ability to educating clients on new advertising products and best practices.
  • To drive product adoption and performance based upon client’s needs.
  • Understanding of the advertising technology that powers and drives these solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong consultative sales and solid analytical skills
  • A focus on client service;
  • Experience positively influencing others both internally and externally.

Job Requirements/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with top-tier media agencies and/or direct advertisers;
  • Strong knowledge and experience across digital, including traditional display, mobile and programmatic;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization and / or at external speaker events;
  • Ability to apply rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions.
  • Experience working effectively with ad operations teams and other cross functional teams such as product, marketing and finance.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.
  • Natural desire to provide exceptional levels of service quality and deliver campaigns that exceed clients’ expectations;
  • Is a cultural fit for dubizzle and an embodiment of our values.
  • Ability to solve complex problems through technical and analytical excellence and commercial acumen, synthesizing complex pieces of information into concrete recommendations, whilst maintaining exceptional campaign performance for multiple clients.
  • English is essential
  • Arabic desirable
