Tradus is a global marketplace for used heavy machinery and commercial vehicles. We connect buyers with sellers to facilitate for successful transactions. Users of Tradus will get access to the worldwide network of marketplaces that are operated by the OLX group, the #1 classifieds business in the world. Tradus and OLX have a combined audience of about 300M active users in over 40 countries.

What you will do:

  • Build long lasting relationship with cornerstone clients
  • Measure, learn and improve (set right KPIs and continuously improve the program)
  • Contribute to developing and improving the (global) sales program
  • Deliver business results (create loyal partners, meet topline targets) 

What we ask from you:

  • 10+ year working experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management in the German market (experience in DACH is a plus)
  • Go getter and fast executioner with high energy level
  • Solid analytical skills combined with a results oriented and metrics-driven approach
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Has a deep understanding of Automotive market
  • Experience in an internet company is a plus
  • Experience with telesales is a plus
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and comfortable in a start-up environment
  • High performer who demonstrated strong performance in prior roles
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and open to frequent travel
  • Native German with excellent German and English communication skills both oral and written
