We are strengthening our HR team with a passionate talent acquisition manager with great knowledge of Internal and Agency recruitment who will help us to raise the bar of recruitment and will help to attract and retain best talents to OLX Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing top talents into the company
  • Design, recommend and implement recruiting/retention programs and initiatives
  • Execute full life cycle of recruitment (analyze job requirements, prepare attractive job descriptions and specifications, prescreening and phone interviewing, arranging and conducting face2face interviews, arranging tests and assessments, references and previous background check up, prepare offers of employment)
  • Manage on-boarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Designing and implementing programs for candidates assessment and evaluation
  • Raising the level of hiring managers in recruitment by arranging trainings and giving constant advise
  • Help OLX become #1 employer by development and implementation solutions, programs and policies to drive OLX employer branding
  • Build relationships with universities, work fairs, student organizations
  • Introducing best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top talents
  • Manage confidential information with care. Build credibility, trust, and respect with internal clients and external candidates

Required skills to be successful in this role:

  • Solid recruitment experience (5+y) in either in-house or recruitment agency (both would be preferred)
  • Passion for recruitment and love for people
  • Positive thinker
  • Accuracy in cultural fit and soft skills assessment
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills is a must
  • Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course will be a great plus
  • Proficiency in people assessment and evaluation
  • Expertise in different interviewing techniques
  • Proactive approach to solve recruiting problems and create efficient processes
  • Strong internet research and social media recruitment skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changes in focus
  • Ability to take initiative & step up to other tasks when required
  • Proven experience in hiring top quality candidates
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills
