We are looking for a User Support Associate, in our User Centricity team, based in our great office in Cape Town.

What responsibilities will you get when working with? 

  • Ensure our users are getting a helpful and swift response
  • Go the extra mile to deliver an amazing experience
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the user complaint
  • Determine cause of user problems and explain best solution
  • Identify trends in user feedback through day to day work
  • Research user issues to resolve problems
  • Manage user questions via email or phone as required
  • Campaign-driven calling
  • Daily reporting of campaigns


What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Matric/Senior certificate
  • Tertiary education level
  • Prior experience in classifieds / marketplace / e-commerce
  • You will have knowledge and experience of the Nigerian or Kenyan market
  • Prerequisite for Kenyan market: You can communicate and understand Swahli
  • +1 years’ experience within customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Zendesk application would be an advantage
  • You have a persuasive and resilient nature
  • You have exceptional telephonic etiquette and written communication skills
  • You have the ability to understand customer needs and know how to prioritise
  • You have the ability to use initiative and be pro-active
  • You are self-motivated
  • You have strong MS office skills
  • You love to problem solve and recommend solutions
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You are a fast learner, self-starter and take initiative
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
