Your opportunity...

The Sales Officer will be reporting to the Business Unit Head and Sales Manager under the User Monetization team of OLX Philippines. He/she will be managing and building strong relationship with clients, and contacting business and private individuals to generate revenue by soliciting sales for User Monetization Team goods and services.

Your responsibilities when working with us..

  • Contact business and private individuals through telephone, email, text message, fax, client and field visits in order to solicit sales
  • Find ways in managing clients and building lasting relationships with them in order to ensure prolonged business success
  • Actively follow up new and manage existing clients of OLX
  • Reach/exceed assigned quota per month. Performance will not solely be on commission basis, exceptional performance will merit incentives and/or bonus

What you need to be successful…

  • Strong communication skills and customer service management in order to build relationship with customers/clients
  • Goal-orientated in achieving targets: new accounts, renewals and maximizing revenue
  • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt strategy both in the Office and out in Field
  • Ability to do inbound sales and handle objections, complaints, roadblocks and negotiation with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Ability to deliver tasks on time and work within tight deadlines

What we are looking for..

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Sales from a Technology/Internet Industry
  • Strong sales experience and able to understand client needs
  • Willing to do sales via phone and/ or out in the field
  • With good customer engagement and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a target driven and constantly changing environment
