We are trying to help the world make better use of its possessions. We see the biggest opportunity right now in the fashion segment, where globalization, increased dispensable income in emerging markets, social media obsession and fast fashion are creating consumerism that is spiraling out of control. We know that over 50% of the average woman’s wardrobe space is made up of unworn or once-worn items in perfect condition, that will never be worn again. We think this is a huge waste.
So Shedd created a fashion marketplace enabling people to be creative and experimental – but in a more sustainable way. Promoting the buy.wear.shedd. mentality.

Shedd is hiring a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for a bright Online Acquisition professional with focus on mobile and a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge on social channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat as well as experience working on cross-functional teams. This role will also demand to think outside the box and plan and execute user acquisition tactics in conjunction with Product (f.i. Growth tactics and/or funnel optimization initiatives). Finally, you’ll also be in charge of our ASO efforts.
You’re analytical and detailed oriented. Before running a campaign you take the time to understand the users you are targeting to. You are efficient and make the most of your investments. You stay away from vanity metrics and focus on the contribution to the bottom-line of the business. You like to experiment and try new things without putting at risk your results. You’re a team player, curious, competent, and others enjoy working with you. You welcome and give honest feedback, especially when it’s harder to do so.
