Due to our international growth, we are looking for an Inbound Customer Care Advisor (m/f) at OLX Portugal.  

The main responsibilities of Inbound Customer Care Team are help-desk, receiving calls from all our websites users (we don’t make calls, we answer them - it is not sales) therefore offering an excellent support and quickly presenting the right solutions to their demands. OLX Group

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • User of online shopping websites, web browsing, car and real estate sales/market (MANDATORY)
  • Previous experience in contacting clients by phone will be valued
  • It will be valued previous similar experience in market competitors
  • University Degree is a plus
  • Maximum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Being customer friendly is essential
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Portuguese language (spoken and written)
  • Feel responsible for site/tool improvements for our customers
  • Love the internet and willing to develop your online skills and experience
  • Good team player, however also be able to work independently

  • We offer a fixed salary plus other benefits, like food supply, bonus system for good performance, and others.
  • The Inbound Customer Care Team works every day between 09h00 and 22h00, so you must have availability to work in day or night schedule, including weekends, public holidays (availability to work 10h00/19h00).
