Lead Digital Marketing Analytics and CLM will drive digital operations for OLX across owned and paid online channels. The role spans acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation of users
Analytical, Creative and Aggressive are the key attributes for the role. Role requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker with “can do” attitude and a strong bias towards data-driven tactical judgements. The person is expected to be hand-on on budgeting, portfolio planning & optimisation, campaign management & execution.
Role requires liasoning with multiple stakeholders (business leads, product, customer support, marketing) to maximise consumer activity towards desired campaign objective. Understanding the dynamics of various customer & business segments, the ability to align product and marketing tracks needed to deliver the goals is a must.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Ideal candidate - is analytically driven, has managed spend portfolios meeting multiple objectives at scale, has a great pulse of business, specifically marketplaces. Has worked in ecommerce or online product organisations.
