What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager, responsible for developing the Automotive category Marketing strategy and execution for OLX Indonesia. Your goal is to set up a the Marketing strategy from scratch to further develop our Automotive category and to support our Sales force with cutting edge sales decks and insights. 

  • Drive revenue growth and vibrancy of the automotive category through a B2B automotive marketing strategy to strengthen our current position as a market leader.
  • Really understand our B2B sellers in the Automotive category, know how they do their business and what challenges they have.
  • Be the connector between the Automotive Business, Sales and Marketing to increase alignment and make impactful solutions
  • Set up all kind of different marketing activities to drive growth of our B2B seller base, e.g. think of Creating strong value propositions, Roadshows, Events, Sales decks, Sales presentation, Showing the value we deliver to our B2B sellers, Gimmicks etc.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of initiatives and spread the enthusiasm for B2B marketing throughout the organization.


 What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university preferably in combination with 3+ years working experience in a business or marketing role.
  • Automotive background and a high affinity to the Automotive industry.
  • A direct and open communication style. Speak up, shake up and step up!
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills are needed to work in a matrix organization.
  • Team player, down-to-earth, pragmatic personality
  • Being pro-active and show initiative, rather ask for forgiveness then for permission.
  • Able to deal with uncertainty in a highly dynamic environment. 
  • Fast apprehension, personal engagement, excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills
