The Telesales Officer will be reporting to the Telesales Lead under Sales team of OLX Philippines. He/she will be managing and building strong relationship with clients, and contacting business and private individuals to promote and offer ad boosting packages.
Your role at OLX could include:
- Acquisition of new accts thru aggressive outbound telesales.
- Proactive participation in OLX/P24 related programs.
- Responsible for converting inbound sales inquiries and managing service requests of customers;
- Initiate outbound-telemarketing prospecting & conversion strategies;
- Ensure retention & business development of existing accounts thru timely and proper account management;
- Assists in monitoring revenue collection;
- Proactively identifies business opportunities as well as anticipate challenges & be able to immediately implement appropriate action points
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls (client visits when needed)
- Identify & convert new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring that Sales targets and Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
- Provide online advertising & marketing solutions to OLX/P24 Clients
- Establish long term partnerships with clients by providing excellent after sales service

We are looking for someone with:
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Sales; with good technical background
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation, analytical and client satisfaction skills
- With good customer engagement and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to work in a target driven and constantly changing environment
- Familiarity with Internet/web products and services
