What responsibilities will you have when working with us?

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Identifying trends in customer feedback through day to day work
  • Researching customer issues to resolve problems
  • Managing customer questions via Chat, email or phone as required

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • At least 1 year experience in a professional environment (support roles preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in Romanian
  • Ambition, flexibility, perseverance, and initiative
  • Proactive, goal-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn, investigate and grow in the position
