The opportunity:


The Account Manager- Real Estate is part of the Sales Team of OLX Philippines. He/She acts a spokesperson of how OLX can improve lives by bringing them together for win-win exchanges.

  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets in real estate
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Generates leads
  • Manages external partnerships relationships to ensure alignment with company’s mission and strategies
  • Coordinates with product team in building relationship with 3rd parties to improve or distribute product lines
  • Monitors and facilitates contracts with 3rd party partners
  • Liaise with OLX’s Legal team for review, recommendation and documentation of contracts and other legal documents
  • Collaborate with BI, UX and Product teams in determining needs of Real Estate sellers in terms of posting and feature packages

We are looking for someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent combination of experience and education, preferred
  • Extensive exposure in real estate or properties sales and business development
  • Flexibility and the ability to confidently manage and communicate effectively with different personalities
  • A very good understanding of and/or working know-how on digital advertising and marketing will be an advantage
