Due to our international growth, we are looking for a Helpdesk Support  for our Global Tech Hub in Portugal.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

  • Identify and categorize the situations according to their urgency as they arrive (with supervision).
  • Assure workplaces preparation (material and equipment assembly) and asset tracking in proper tool.
  • Perform user support by phone and in person.
  • Analyze and respond to the incident in the proposed deadlines ensuring the correct policies applied.
  • Detect and resolve hardware and software problems with PC’s, Laptops, printers, tablets, and manage with suppliers the repairs needed.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience in helpdesk/service desk functions;
  • Knowledge of Corporate organizations and complex IT environments;
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux, Macintosh is a plus;
  • Be fluent in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus;
  • Proactive, dynamic and multitasking capabilities;
  • Good timekeeping and discipline.
