We are looking for an organized admin colleague, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple demands to provide administrative support for sales functions across the company (Cars, Real Estate, Advertising, Jobs, Heavy Machinery).
What responsibilities will you have in this role?
Support for Sales Agents
- Activate new accounts upon receiving and checking for accuracy signed contracts from Autovit and Storia sales teams
- Contract Administration - registration, monitoring, signatures and approval flows
- Coordination with outsourcing company (EOS KSI) to ensure Autovit bad debts are collected appropriately. Maintain collections list up to date and monitor results
- Collect post-consumption information from Advertising Direct Sales and offer support in managing invoice flow
- Work closely with Accounting team to monitor and check invoice accuracy and status
- Manage contracts with media agency at the beginning and end of the year
- Support sales leadership with sales reports against targets and invoice accuracy checks
