We are looking for a Commercial Planning Sr. Analyst in our great office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

As a Commercial Planning Sr. Analyst at OLX Group you will create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage the performance of the markets. Also, you will design standard commercial planning process and routine for the region (when, what, how), working in contact with other areas such as BI, Finance, Sales tools owners.

 What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 

  • Create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage the performance of the markets.
  • Designing standard commercial planning process and routine for the region (when, what, how).
  • Design, implement, and manage information flow, dashboards and reports to facilitate sales forecasting and achievements in coordination with finance and BI.
  • Category and Sales force’s KPI analysis (e.g Sales Channel efficiency, KAMs performance, commissions, visits per kam, products’ performance, pricing sanity).
  • Design process for budgeting and forecasting. 
  • Management presentations. 
  • Alignment with other areas as BI, Finance, Sales tools owners. 

 

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • 3/4 years experience in Commercial Planning or Sales Controlling.
  • Above-average ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
  • Strong quantitative skills. Passion for data and metrics.
  • Hand-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced level of English.
