What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 

  •  Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the key accounts/area
  • Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions across the control area
  • Responsible to direct large dealer signs up as per the defined targets
  • Responsible for dealer sign ups targets for the team
  • Responsible for maintaining the key dealer network and resolve issues if any locally
  • Responsible for collection of subscription fee from all partner dealers and timely submission
  • Manage the entire team of field staff to ensure that the company goals are achieved
  • Market related understanding and feedback specific to the Area
  • Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions
  • Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
  • Drive launch of new products if any within his are of operation


 What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Prior experience of managing and leading a sales team,Preferable Retail sales,FMCG,Consumer Electronics Industry
  • Should be a team player
  • People with minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
