What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 

  • Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for a given region/state working closely with the ASMs and under the supervision of the zonal head 
  • Train, manage and lead a team of ASMs as direct reports and DSM/Sr. DSM as indirect reports  to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions
  • Responsible for new dealer signs up/existing dealer retention/renewal as per the defined targets and driving collections from the concerned regions
  • Goal setting for various markets/team members in alignment with the zonal/category objectives
  • Responsible for upsell/cross sell of various other products in the portals portfolio
  • Market related understanding of business including competition framework and feedback for different cities
  • Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions including driving adoption of new products, if any   
  • Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

 What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Should be a team player and adept at managing team members from diverse backgrounds
  • Prior experience of managing and leading a sales team mandatory, preferable from car sales domain or dealer development team
  • People with minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience; managing a sales team of more than 10 people
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Travel of more than 10 days a month
