What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

  • Motivating the Real Estate sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the Real Estate sales team.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the Real Estate sales team.
  • Contribute for the Real Estate sales strategy.
  • Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
  • Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
  • All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
  • Attending events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • +4 years of experience in similar functions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or similar
  • Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar sector.
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • High attention to details, accuracy analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels of seniority
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Responsibility, dynamism and autonomy
  • Methodical, procedural and rigorous
  • Organization capacity in a context of high volume of information
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
