We are looking for a HelpDesk Technician in our great office in Buenos Aires.

You will provide Internal Support on company-supported computer Applications and Platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Administer help desk software
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Work with Corporate Services Providers, Software & Hardware

 

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Student or Degree in Computing Science
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing Helpdesk Support
  • Basic Networking knowledge
  • Linux/Windows/IOS
  • Organised, self-motivated and have the ability to be independent problem solvers.
  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in English
