What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Responsible for building the ad sales team and the ad sales strategy
Responsible for the direct advertising revenue targets for the organization
Responsible for network/programmatic revenue targets for the company
Design and sell various propositions to media agencies and brands – straddling from
large bundled offerings to traditional tactical digital campaigns
Design internal processes around sales operations and revenue collections
Understands Digital Advertising market trends and customer needs. Penetrates and
develops major accounts and new prospects, creates sales propositions and conducts
pitches, negotiates contracts, and closes new business deals.
Manages the market excellence/intelligence process; gathering market and customer
information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales strategies.
Adept at managing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly for the entire
Create discipline in inventory utilization and yield maximization
Liaison with internal teams to come up with new, innovative ad-solutions more effectively
monetize our inventories.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Graduate (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of relevant industry experience in online
agency business or within online media sales.
Minimum 3 years experience in selling advertising propositions in mobile inventory
Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition.
Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics
Demonstrated ability to lead high performance sales teams
Full understanding of the mobile and digital advertising landscape in Indonesia
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Deep relationships with advertising clients and media agencies
High on initiative and ownership. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to
closure; persists despite obstacles and ambiguities.
Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders. Strong negotiator,
collaborator and team player.
Ability to understand customer segment specific needs and provide the best solutions.
Client servicing and key Account Management.
